The Exhibition

Discover a world of Australian art at New South Wales’ longest continuous running art exhibition, now in its 59th year. Each year this exhibition presents an outstanding selection of Australian artists, and is also a great opportunity to find an original artwork or sculpture for your home or office.

This May, why not call on some friends to plan a local art adventure through Hunters Hill during this year’s Art Exhibition. With three venues for art, it is a moveable feast for the eyes and stomach! Start at the Hunters Hill Town Hall, where the majority of works will be displayed, then cross the road to the beautiful little Congregational Church.  Finally, walk around the corner to the Hunters Hill Club for lunch or coffee and cake. In all three locations you will find a stunning variety of artwork, all professionally displayed and lit with style and care.

Over recent years the number of artists entering the exhibition have grown, hence the addition of the two newer venues. Artists have been pleased that their work has more chance of being displayed, and the idea of an ‘Art Walk’ has been well received by visitors who are given a little map to follow.
